Lunden Abelson MA, BC-DMT, LPC
Child and Adult Psychotherapist and Dance/Movement Therapist
Therapy can help you reach your full potential. I offer a warm space for you to be seen and heard. I look forward to supporting you as you make connections and grow from the work we do together in therapy. With openness, compassion, empathy and at times humor I will engage you as the individual you are and together we will make a plan that is personal, motivating, and meaningful to you. Combining the treatment styles of verbal, creative arts, body focused and mindfulness therapy we will develop an approach to support you in your personal growth, wellness and transformation.
My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma support, stress management, inner child work, supporting families around fertility and family formation and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. My treatment is inclusive, providing a safe place for people of all genders, sexualities races and religions.
