Verbal Therapy or talk therapy, client shares and dialogues with the therapist as the main means of expressing and resolving  issues.

Dance Therapy or Dance Movement Therapy is the psycho therapeutic use of movement and dance for emotional, cognitive, social, behavioral and physical conditions  . As a form of expressive therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy is founded on the basis that the body, mind, movement and emotion are directly related. The ultimate purpose of DMT is to find a healthy balance, integration and sense of wholeness.

Sandtray, sandbox or sandplay therapy is a form of experiential therapy that allows greater exploration of unconscious emotional issues. The sandtray and a collection of miniatures are used to engage in an expressive and creative process that allows individuals access to deeper parts of themselves. Sandtray therapy is suitable for children and adults and allows them to reach deeper insight into a range of issues.

Play therapy provides a way for individuals, typically children, to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process. Play is the primary form of communication for children, therefore it is often the most effective tool for both engaging children in therapy as well as a form of expression and communication with others. 

Creative Art Therapies is the use of creative mediums to facilitate personal expression to aid in the process of healing. These mediums could include; writing, poetry, dance, music, drama or art making.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or behavior therapy, is a psycho therapeutic approach that addresses how behaviors and thought patterns impact ones emotions and quality of life. The process is often goal oriented and incorporates psych education.

Autism Therapies, Social Skills Groups, Sib Shops and family support can include a wide variety of services in an effort to lessen the deficits of the Autistic individual and address family distress associated with disorder. Goals of therapy for the Autistic individual are often to increase an individuals quality of life, social skills and independence. The above mentioned techniques that are often effective with individuals on the Autism Spectrum are; behavior therapy, creative therapies and dance/movement therapy. The goals of Sib Shops and family support are to address the needs of the siblings, parents and extended family members as they learn to cope and support their loved one with Autism.
